Micro Saws

Nouvag's robust micro saws are characterized by a notably well cutting performance. The housing made of medical stainless steel guarantees for carefree durability despite of countless reprocessing cycles. Our micro saws are mainly applied in Osteotomy for bone treatment, bone removal and for harvesting of osseous matter. A quiet, low vibration, smooth run was the declared target while constructing the micro saws. The large assortment of saw blades will support almost all intended purposes.

MSS 5000 Micro-jigsaw with INTRA EN3964 coupling, removable irrigation tube, recommended speed 15'000 rpm. The micro-jigsaw for sawing and rasping with tools of different lengths and designs.

The further developed Micro Compass Saw works with a stroke of 4 mm at 75 strokes per second, which significantly enhances the cutting performance.

Micro Oscillating Saw

OMS 5000 Oscillating micro-saw with INTRA EN3964 coupling, removable irrigation tube, recommended speed 15'000 rpm. These micro-saws are used in all applications, where it's necessary to cut at right angles.

The Oscillating Micro Saw works with a frequency of 266 oscillations per second.

Sagittal Saw, Osseoscalpel

MOS 5000 Sagittal Saw with INTRA EN3964 coupling, removable irrigation tube, recommended speed 15'000 rpm. The sagittal saw is ideal for applications in which the two other saws are unsuitable for reasons of space.

The Micro Sagittal Saw has an oszillation frequence of 250 cycles per second. Saw blades are often bent to match the correct angle of an intended cut.
